Shipping Provider

All our orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo, ensuring fast, safe, and trackable delivery across Turkey.

Shipping Times

Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–10 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time: Yurtiçi Kargo typically delivers within 1–3 business days depending on your location. (For rural or remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer.)

You will receive a tracking number once your package is dispatched.

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping across Turkey with Yurtiçi Kargo.

Free Shipping: Orders above 2000 TL qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot reach you on the first attempt, Yurtiçi Kargo will make a second delivery attempt or leave your package at the nearest Yurtiçi branch for pickup within 3 business days.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please ask the courier to prepare a damage report before accepting it.

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking code so we can assist.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship within Turkey only via Yurtiçi Kargo.
