To keep our production and order process running smoothly, we hold low-volume stock. During busier shopping seasons, when orders naturally increase, some items may see small delays but in general we prepare and ship your order within 1–3 business days. 

Returns:

Every product passes through multiple quality checks before it reaches you. But if something slips past us, or if damage occurs in transit, you're entitled to a return or exchange.
